We provide many facts about benefits and tips of eating more of a plant based diet similar to a vegetarian or vegan. We list substantial info about reducing your risks of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and improving your overall health, as well as helping our environment and promoting compassionate treatment of factory farm animals.
This was originated in Memphis, Tennessee as part of a local outreach and educational organization. We don't sell anything, but hand out free literature to help educate people.

Including Monthly Meetings Every 1st or 2nd Saturday of the Month, 2:00PM These are held a vegetarian friendly restaurants. We do socializing, fun, networking and planning together.

Dedicated to promoting public awareness about the many benefits of eating more of a plant based diet. (We don't push a vegetarian diet as the only choice, but try to inform people of impact of diet and need for moderation)

Group has been established and active over 9 years
Setup booths at major public events to distribute free literature (Cooper Young Fest, Earth Day, etc.)
Attend health oriented public events and handout free literature ( Race for the Cure, Heart Walk, etc.)
Provided presentations for numerous community groups (Churches, Civic Groups, University of Memphis, Rhodes College, etc.)
Distribute monthly email newsletters to over 800 people locally and have monthly meetings.
Our website has a wealth of current food related information from A-Z.
We DO NOT SELL anything. All literature we hand out is provided free.
